Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Outliier, a digital AI-task platform operated by Tapnovax Digital.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Operator and eligibility
Outliier is operated by Tapnovax Digital. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and comply with applicable law to use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Outliier provides access to AI-training task assessments. It is not an investment, savings product, employment contract, or guarantee of income. Task availability, eligibility, assessment results, and earnings vary. Never pay anyone outside the official checkout shown on outliier.xyz.
3. Packages
A paid package is a one-time, permanent account-tier upgrade. It is not a monthly or automatically renewing subscription. A package unlocks eligible task categories but does not guarantee a number of tasks, a particular earning level, or withdrawal approval.
4. Payments
Package payments are processed through Paystack for Tapnovax Digital. The exact KES amount is displayed before an M-Pesa prompt is sent. A package activates only after Paystack verifies the payment. Pending, failed, abandoned, or reversed payments do not activate access.
5. Tasks, earnings, and withdrawals
- Only valid, successfully completed tasks can produce earnings.
- Task earnings remain reserved for the displayed period before becoming available.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed before an external payout is confirmed.
- Fraud, automation, duplicate accounts, or manipulated submissions are prohibited.
6. Referrals
Referral rewards apply only under the rules displayed in the application. Self-referral, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, and unsolicited messaging are prohibited.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material violations of these terms. Legitimate payment and withdrawal records are retained for reconciliation and legal obligations.
8. Contact and applicable rights
Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Kenyan law.
